How do Home Shares™ work?

Home Shares™ are an investment offering where you can purchase a portion of ownership in an LLC that holds the single-family rental home. The LLC will be managed professionally by Concreit’s team on all aspects of the investment which include, but are not limited to sourcing, buying the home, asset management, property management, and selling the home.

You're investing in a home of your choosing that is held in a LLC and offered via a Regulation A+ Tier 2 Series offering.

Your money is treated with the utmost care and security (same encryption as banks) when you are investing into a real property. After your money has been invested, you will own a share of a real property. In exchange for potential equity appreciation and income, your money is invested and carries real estate risk among other factors. We believe real estate to be a sound investment asset class, however, it is important to know that managing risk is part of the investment process, and our team of professionals are here to do that on your behalf.

Our investment team is comprised of real estate vets that have managed single-family portfolios on behalf of some of the largest names on Wall Street with over $13b in collective management experience.

Yes, all investors can choose how much they want to allocate to each type of investment and build a personalized portfolio.

We believe that all investors should be able to construct their own ideal portfolio while building up equity in the long-run. 

Our outlook for this specific asset class: We believe that the housing supply constraints will be exacerbated as new construction has slowed down tremendously in 2022, yet the housing demand has continued to surge. This is compounded by the fact that the fed rate has continued to increase, pushing many to-be homeowners to the sidelines, creating a strong opportunity for investors to generate above-market returns in great markets where the economies are strong and job growth is occurring. We believe that in the short-term home valuations will come down to earth, and in the long run, they will be valued much higher as we’re increasing the demand-to-supply ratio when we are ready to exit these investments. During the holding period, we are identifying opportunities where the rental yields can produce great cash flow for investors.
